  • Is Proinvoicer UK authorised by the FCA?
    Proinvoicer UK is not required to be authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) because we do not provide financial advice or handle customer funds. Our software is designed to empower businesses with smarter, more efficient financial relationship management between customers and suppliers. We never touch or benefit from your money—our revenue comes solely from software subscriptions. By using Proinvoicer UK, you gain access to powerful tools that streamline your operations, improve efficiency, and help you trade more effectively.

  • How long will it take after registration to start sending invoices?
    Immediately after registering, you can send invoices. However, please ensure you log in to your account and input your company and invoicing details, such as invoicing address, phone number, and bank account details, before sending your first invoice.

  • What happens after I register?
    You will need to confirm your email account before you can use the system.

  • Where do I find my login information after registration?
    Your login details will be sent to your email account after registering and activating your account.

  • Can I keep the data I input in the demo/trial version?
    Yes, you can use and upgrade the free trial version to a paid version from your console after logging in.

  • How many languages are available?
    Our system is multilingual. Please contact us here if a language you want to use is not available on the system.

  • What currencies are available?
    You can invoice your customers in any currency you wish. By default, several currencies are activated on your account, but you can add or modify currencies and their exchange rates from your console.

  • We have a large number of products and thousands of customers. Can your system handle a large volume of invoices?
    Yes, our system is optimized to handle large amounts of data simultaneously, regardless of the size of your business.

  • How many users can access one account?
    Unlimited! With one account, you can create unlimited user accounts and log in to as many devices as you wish at the same time. We do not limit usage based on users or logins.

Data Storage and Domains

  • Do I need a domain or hosting account?
    No, you don’t need a hosting account or domain name. Simply sign up and start using the system right away.

  • Can I host the data on my own servers?
    Yes, you can host your data on your own servers. To do this, sign up using your own domain name, then go to Settings > Accounts > Host settings in your console. From there, you can choose to host your data on our servers or your own.

  • Is my data secure?
    We take data security seriously. Your data is processed under a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) from your web browser to our servers. Our multi-location data centres are fully secured with firewalls and other tools to ensure your data is secure and backed up regularly.

  • How long is my data stored on your servers?
    As long as you are registered with us and your account is active, your data will be kept on our servers.

  • What happens to my data when my account expires?
    You can delete all your data before closing your account. If you have already closed your account, your data will be deleted after a period of time from our servers. Please refer to our privacy policy terms for more details.

Payments

  • What are the payment options available?
    You can select from available payment options during registration or renewals. We offer specific payment options depending on your country.

  • Do I get a refund?
    Yes, we have a 7-day refund policy. Refunds can be in full amount, depending on the payment type.

  • Can I top up my balance?
    Yes, you can top up your account balance. Your monthly fees will be deducted automatically from this balance.

  • How do I sign up for cash registers from your website?
    To sign up for cash registers, select a package and send us an inquiry. We will handle your inquiry and contact you immediately.

  • I already have hardware; can I use your software only?
    Yes, you can choose to use our software only.
